Legal Notices - General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the PIEGES TERMITES website.

1. Acceptance of conditions

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific terms and conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between PIEGES TERMITES and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.
These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other terms and conditions contained in any other document, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly and in writing.

2. Products

Products returned that are used, incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Any shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.

If applicable, PIEGES TERMITES undertakes to make the refund within a period of less than or equal to 10 working days after receipt of the products.

3. Price

PIEGES TERMTES reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and the delivery method chosen.
All shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

5. Order

After you have entered your personal information and clicked the Place Order button on the confirmation page, your order is considered final.
You will receive a confirmation by email.
The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation is sent.
If you do not receive confirmation or actual delivery within two weeks, you are no longer legally bound by your purchase. You can also find this information in the order confirmation email.

6. Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by PIEGES TERMITES.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day the order is placed.
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective once the relevant banking payment centers have given their approval.
We offer several payment methods:
- By online bank card: secure transaction with our partner Stripe.
- By bank transfer, referencing the order number.


7. Security

Our partner Stripe is one of the professionals in online banking payments, so your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and never pass unencrypted over their network.
Payment is made directly to Stripe; Stripe has no access to these details and does not store them on their server.
That's why you will be asked for them again with each new transaction on our site.

8. Delivery

Product availability and delivery time information is displayed on our product pages.
Availability information is expressed in working days (for guidance purposes, depending on the quantities ordered).

To ensure timely delivery, you are asked to contact us.

In the event that the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect in the manager, preventing the delivery of the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of rerouting after a claim.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have seven days (from the date of receipt of the items) to return the product to us at your own expense.

For exchanges or refunds, the product must be returned with all its accessories to the following address:

10. Disputes

Failing that, the consumer may bring legal action, in addition to the place where the defendant resides, with the jurisdiction of the place of actual delivery of his order (article 46 NCPC).

11. Warranty

Our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer and depend on the product sold.
